Most beauty professionals price based on what everyone else charges, how long the service takes, or what they think clients will pay. All three of those are the wrong reference points.

The right reference point is the cost of not having the result. When a client doesn't have access to your offer, what are they spending — in time, money, effort, and confidence — to get a version of it elsewhere?

Your offer doesn't compete with other services. It competes with the cost of the problem it solves.
